Whether your are owner of shop, online shop, or you are tackle company, outdoor company, we have limited return and exchange policy.
Please note: Returnded or exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, unused.
If it not because of the quality problem, but you do not like the color or size you ordered, it could not be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
If the items have quality problems, please reply us the video or pictures, which show the quality problem, and calculate the quantity.
After we confirmed it, please send the items back, shipping cost paid by your side;
After the items received and confirmed the quality problems, we resend you the new products back, freight paid by our side.
Return Policy

Firstly we will supply exchange service or supply solution, such as discount price or resend you the right items with your next order.
If you do not accept our solutions.
Please return back the goods(freight by your side), after the goods is received and confirmed by us, we will refund back your payment of your goods, not including the freight.
Please note:
For some items, which need new mold, the mold cost will ot refund.
For OEM or customized products, as they are not our regular ones, but customized for you, it could not be refund.
Certainly for the customized products, we recommend samples firstly to confirm before bulk order.
